WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship worldwide (with the exception of sanctioned countries).
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
We use a 2-3 day shipping method for all US orders.
For non-US, we use Express 3 Day for machines and dolls, and 10-20 day Expedited International Shipping for smaller items.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should have received an automated email with your tracking number 2-3 days after placing your order. Some orders take a day or two longer to process. Be rest assured that your order will ship prior to receiving your tracking number. If you did not, please check your spam folder and then please shoot us an email.
DO YOU OFFER DISCREET BILLING AND SHIPPING?
We certainly do! All items ship in a generic brown box that doesn't reveal its contents. Your credit card statement will show a generic name offering you a complete anonymity. With totally plain packaging, the only person getting excited by your delivery is you.
